Before the 2021 harvest, Wine Spectator senior editor Tim Fish sat down with veteran winemakers from Oregon’s Willamette Valley to taste vintage wines from the region, including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir dating back to 1980. The get-together proved to be a great way to see how the wines aged and hear fun stories from the region’s top producers.
